COVID-19 Update

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS:

Your support has been amazing! Since we’ve reopened our doors, we’ve had the pleasure of seeing so many familiar faces–it’s reassuring to get back into the swing of things.

As you may know, we must adhere to both State and Federal Health Protocols that put everyone’s well-being at the forefront of operations. With this in mind, we want you to be informed about how we’re currently operating.

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

At this time, every employee at Skin Rejuvenation Clinique and Blown Beautiful is working voluntarily–it is not mandatory that they come back. Each employee certifies that they have not been in close contact with anyone who is/was COVID-19 positive to their knowledge.

Every individual is required to have their temperature checked when they arrive to work. Anyone with a fever will be sent home. Additionally, we’ve updated our sick leave policy to permit time-away for self-isolation due to contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID-19.

A strict sanitizing protocol is implemented before, during, and after each client interaction. Social distancing measures are implemented throughout the facility to ensure physical space is kept between individuals.

ONGOING REQUIREMENTS

At this time, we’re staggering appointments while maintaining regulations provides by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and we ask that you follow as well. These rules are noted in your appointment confirmation and are posted at the front door.

When you arrive don’t leave your vehicle. Call the receptionist and let her know you’ve arrived, and she will let you know when you may enter the building.

We are required by the State to perform a wellness screening before anyone enters the facility. We’ll ask if you’ve been in contact with anyone who is COVID-19 positive, if you’re feeling well, and we’ll take your temperature.

Masks that cover your nose and mouth are required at all times (with exception to some services, the mask may be removed momentarily).

Only the individual receiving the service is permitted. Additional guests and children are not permitted.

Social distancing will be enforced.

Some minor amenities, like magazines and beverages, are not permitted because we cannot effectively sanitize these items.

We’ve always gone above and beyond our State-required sanitation requirements. Until we receive further notice, everyone here at Skin Rejuvenation Clinique and Blown Beautiful will be fulfilling your service needs to the best of their ability, while following the guidelines put before us.

Many of you still have concerns about visiting and receiving services. As business owners, parents, and fellow humans navigating this new frontier, we want you to know that we’re confident in our protocols and our team of professionals. Your health, comfort, confidence, and patronage are so important to us all, and THANK YOU for choosing us for your skin care, hair care, and beauty needs.
